-You may return most new, unworn, and unwashed items with original tags and packaging intact within 14 days of delivery for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

-Items must be in the same condition as received (no signs of wear, stains, alterations, or damage beyond trying on).

-We reserve the right to refuse returns if items do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and custom reasons, the following are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
– Underwear, lingerie, swimwear, bodysuits, or earrings
– Customized or made-to-order items (e.g., personalized designs or alterations)
– Sale/clearance items (marked as final sale)
– Accessories like hats or bags if used

Defective or damaged items can always be returned under FCCPA guidelines, even if in the above categories.

Reasons for Return

– Change of mind — Eligible for exchange or store credit (not full refund, to balance customer satisfaction with business sustainability).
– Wrong size/fit/style  — We recommend checking our size guides; eligible for exchange or store credit.
– Item not as described, defective, or damaged on arrival — Eligible for full refund (including original shipping costs) or replacement.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery via email (info@houseofprestigialtd.com) or WhatsApp ([your number]) with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item.
2. We’ll provide return instructions and a return authorization.
3. Pack the item securely with original packaging and proof of purchase.
4. Ship to our designated address in Nigeria (provided upon approval). Use a trackable courier for safety.

Return Shipping Costs

– Change of mind/wrong size — Customer pays return shipping.
– Defective/damaged/not as described — We cover return shipping (reimbursement or prepaid label where possible).

Refunds and Exchanges

– Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-7 business days), we’ll notify you.
– Full refunds — Issued for defective/damaged items to your original payment method (may take 5-14 days to reflect, depending on your bank).
– Exchanges/Store Credit — Preferred for change of mind; store credit issued as a gift card (no expiry).
– Original shipping fees are non-refundable except for faulty items.
